During the construction phase we will represent your interests fairly with regards to the pricing and negotiation of variations.

• We will value the work in progress and recommend payment on the basis of our valuation.
• We will attend meetings and monitor and report on the cost implications of changes to documentation as these occur.
• At the completion of the project we will compile a final account detailing all cost variations and progress claims approved.
